The space LIVING There are two living spaces - a formal lounge at the front of the house with 65 inch TV and large chaise lounge. The back casual living area is adjacent to the kitchen and seamlessly flows out to the back deck & yard through bi-fold doors. It has a lounge, 2 armchairs and a 55 inch TV. DINING There is an 8 seat dining table adjacent to the kitchen. There is an outdoor dining table and a large BBQ to enjoy meals on the back deck. BEDROOMS Upstairs: Master - King bed opening to large balcony Bed 2 - Bunk bed (2 singles) plus an extra single mattress if needed (this room can also be configured with a king bed) Downstairs: Bed 3 - Queen bed (with ensuite) Bed 4 - King single bed KITCHEN Large modern kitchen with large Smeg cooker and well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils. OUTDOOR The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining featuring a large deck with outdoor heating and fan, trampoline, and monkey bars / swing set. There is a large swim spa available for use. It can be heated like a regular spa but is big enough to swim in like a pool. In the front yard there is a second secure lawn area and off street parking for 1 car behind an electric gate.
