The space The apartment is less than 2 minutes walk from a beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear water. It is bright, cosy and quiet. No buildings are between the apartment and the beach. It has a lovely bright dining/breakfast room, a living room with a sofa that a child could sleep on, a bedroom with a double bed with a good quality latex mattress, an open plan kitchen and a terrace with a sitting area. In summer there are 2 fun beach bars, often with life music, various good restaurants, 2 supermarkets, vegetable market, a fish monger, tennis courts and a pharmacy just a short walk away. Guest access Your own self contained apartment with private entrance. Kitchen, shower, lounge, bedroom and a courtyard with sitting area. The courtyard is shared with us but we only use it to get in and out and water the plants. The apartment is part of a house which is divided in two - we, Susanne and Lorenzo I and our friendly dog Liddi live on the other side. There is no private parking but plenty of parking space on the street outside. Other things to note The house has recently been renovated to a high standard and you find everything one needs to live comfortably.
