Description
In the heart of the Nantes vineyard, in an old 19th century farm, this old press has been restored with natural, ecological materials. Adjacent to another building (rentals throughout the year), it has a private terrace, without neighbors, overlooking the surrounding countryside. A tapestry workshop during the school year, "l'atelier du bout du bourg" becomes a tourist accommodation in the summer The space The outbuilding (old press) consists of two floors. The total area is 75 m2. On the ground floor: living room with open kitchen and toilet with PRM access. Upstairs / a large bedroom and a shower room with a toilet. Guest access The accommodation is of course accessible as well as the private terrace. The latter enjoys sunshine all day long. Ideal for having meals or lounging on the bench! Other things to note This place is atypical. It has been restored only with ecological materials and methods, coated walls with hemp/linen/lime, oak parquet from Brittany, exterior coating lime/sand/soil from the land that gives it its beautiful color. The careful decoration, always with the desire to preserve the environment, is mainly made up of objects from upcycling. There is no microwave, no wifi but again it is a desire to preserve this cocoon from the waves. Great for electrosensitive people.
