Our bright and spacious space is located in District 1 and on the 4th floor of the building. - Elevator is available - BIG STUDIO with FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN, small BALCONY and WINDOW for city view - PRIVATE bathroom - Towels are included and changed everyday for free. - FREE wifi, cleaning everyday. The space The room is on the 4th floor of a 6-storey building, with a local milk store at ground level (Sữa tươi Nhật Quang) Located in the heart of District 1, our home is 800m away from Bui Vien Street, and 2.5km away from Ben Thanh Market. The location is also well-connected to other districts. ELEVATOR is available. Free PARKING for motorbikes. Road-side parking is available for cars, however, no parking overnight for cars. Daily cleaning and towel changing. COMMON LOUNGE with co-working space and wifi is available. We have a small cafe, selling coffee, tea and breads. Shared and fully-equipped KITCHEN is available at level 1. We offer LAUNDRY SERVICE at a fee upon guests' request at reception counter (~2$ per kilogram - 35.000 VNĐ). SAFE area, monitored by CCTV. Smokers could ONLY smoke on the balcony. 5. NO PARTY, NO DRUGS, NO PETS and NO PROSTITUTE. PLEASE BE NOTICED: The building is located opposite to a school across the street, so sometimes you will hear loud noise in the morning around 7-8AM and in the afternoon 4-5PM. These 2 times are when the students go to school and come home, so it is gonna be a bit noisy. Other times, the house is always quiet
