The building has two staircase and 2 lifts/elevators.Secure and ample parking space available.There is a roof top space where you can get amazing views of the City and watch sundowners.You can also have your party there.The apartment is secure and there are CCTV cameras in common areas and an access card for all tenants.There is also guards at the gate 24/7.The place is well lit and has two french balconies that allows enough sunshine. A 40" Android TV and a Working space is provided.An exceptionally comfortable bed & mattress to ensure you have restful nights.A bar space with two stylish bar chairs available.A fridge,gas cooker,coffee maker , washing machine and a microwave are provided to ensure your stay is as stress free as possible.Host available on call and in person upon prior arrangement. Due to being at the centre of Westlands and near major entertainment spots,there is some noise on Fridays and Saturdays as the revellers party in the neighboring spots.However we have tried to minimize the noise through installation of heavy curtains with linings.You will enjoy your stay with us.
