Beautiful and very private home in one of the most charming neighborhoods, walking distance from the metro, Walter Reeds, NIH. The place is very quiet, yet super close to all the buzz. Enjoy your privacy in a separate basement apartment with a private entrance. The beds are designed with exceptional comfort in mind, featuring Leesa mattresses and pillows. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, rice cooker, small food processor and all the necessities. The space This suite is quiet. The ceilings have insulating foam for noise absorption. The two bedrooms are also nicely spaced and divided by one extra door for even more privacy. Plus the larger bedroom has a dedicated workspace with a nice sized desk and chair. You can enjoy walking outdoors in a safe and garden like setting. We are located 5 min walk to local bus stops, including the free circulator bus, parks, trails and shopping including the Harris Teeters (24 hrs grocery store) and CVS pharmacy, 10 min walk from downtown and 15 min walk (0.7 miles) from the metro. PLEASE NOTE that as per CITY LICENSING we CANNOT HAVE more than 4 GUESTS INCLUDING ANYONE UNDER 18. Guest access Guests will access the suit with their own private entrance off the yard. There are 10 easy steps down to the door. Please note that if you have mobility issues these steps may not be for you. Other things to note Dear Guests, Welcome and thank you for choosing my place.
