This cozy charming and quiet lake property is the perfect getaway for families & friends . Located 5 minutes off I-85 and is 10 minutes to Green pond Landing, 20 minutes to Clemson, Anderson and Seneca. Perfect place to enjoy fishing, shopping and Clemson football games, Enjoy using the back porch to view the sunrise over lake Hartwell and the wildlife as it pass through. The porch is a nice relaxing cozy place where you can enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine while watching the lake glisten. The space This cozy lake front cottage is very spacious and sleeps up to 8 guests, with 3 bedrooms / 2 baths (sorry no tub) and a sofa pull out bed. Bedroom #1: Master w/King Bed and bathroom Bedroom #2: Guest Bedroom w/Queen Bed shared bathroom Bedroom #3: Guest Bedroom w/Queen Bed shared bathroom The cottage has a back porch and spectacular lower deck where you can sip your morning coffee and view the glistening Hartwell Lake coming alive with an abundance of wildlife passing through the property. The lower deck is very spacious and perfect for relaxing in the hammock after a day on the lake or entertaining, enjoying a cold beverage while preparing dinner on the grill. The kitchen comes stocked with all the cookware you’ll need for dining in! Includes a coffee maker, tea pot, brand new appliances and a charcoal grill! You will also have access to a washer and dryer that is located in a separate laundry room. During the winter months, you can enjoy the gas logs while spending time with family Feel free to bring your own boat or jet skis and tie up at our dock! The dock is on a deep-water lot and has plenty of room to secure your personal watercraft. The dock has a swim bench (see picture) and Easy Climb ladder (Great for those who have trouble climbing a vertical ladder, see picture). Easily access the Main lake. There is also a dock box that stores various floats and life jackets as well as kayak paddles. There are 4 Kayak’s and 1 Paddle Board available for your use that are stored in the walk-out basement. I have added a Paddle Boat this year for guest to use as well as a floating water mat for the kids. ***Just a note on life jackets, I have about 4 or 5 life jackets in the dock box for people to use. I don't have them for all sizes. I would recommend that for children or anyone needing a size larger than "Adult Large" please bring yours from Home. I have two locked closets in the house where I keep my personnel items. Other things to note The house is passcode protected. I will send you the passcode for the Front door on the day you will be checking in, normally after 2 as check-in is at 3 and I maybe cleaning in preparation for your say.
