The space The apartment is located 4 km away from Porec city center and 1 km from the sea. Size of the apartment is 80 sqm and it spreads over two floors. The content of the apartment is as following: one kitchen combined with dining table and living room in an open space, 2 bedrooms with matrimonial beds, one bathroom and one extra toilet, three balconies - one for each room. The apartment is located in a quiet village, although close to the main road but oriented to a smaller street and peaceful neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and illuminated. It has two bedrooms with beds for five persons and additional sofa bed for two persons. The apartment is in a process of a slow adaptation, renovating room by room, as much as our possibilities let us to do each year. We've build a new kitchen in a modern industrial stile and a new floor in the living room, as well as the bathroom on the upper floor, stairs and wooden floor in bedrooms. We are planning to continuously invest in other parts of the apartment in the future. Guest access Safe parking area, outdoor dining area, garden. Other things to note Pets are not allowed in the apartment but there is enough space outside, but we recommend that you fasten your dog because the garden is not fully fenced. Local touristic taxes are not included in the prices of the apartment and it is customary to pay them upon arrival.
