Great central location, cute little house. Big yard, fire pit, patio with cafe lighting, ample private parking, disc golf practice basket... Walk to coffee at Roos Roast or a drink at Fraser's Pub. Residential neighborhood (no students!). Two bedrooms (one with a trundle pull-out for an extra person). This is my home, so if you're looking for a space with character this is it! The space - 2 bedrooms - Queen bed in the master, and a twin daybed in the guest room that can pull out in to two twins/one large King size bed. - TV with many popular streaming services enabled - Full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, oven, stove, toaster oven, electric kettle, teas & coffee provided. - Fenced in yard with patio, fire pit, and romantic cafe lights strung overhead. Guest access - Keypad entry - Long private driveway, with room for multiple cars. - Short walk to bus stops and local businesses. - ~1 mile from Michigan Stadium/Crisler Arena/Yost Arena. A very easy walk! Other things to note This is my personal home, which I vacate so that others may enjoy it while visiting Ann Arbor. That said, if you're looking for a sleek, sparse rental property - one that is exclusively used to rent out - look elsewhere. But if you are like me, and like renting places with character and that don't feel like a hotel room, this is the place for you!
