Come visit Madrid and stay in our former home, 2 bedroom appartment located in la Latina,(135x190cm and 150x190cm) close to the Royal Palace. Central location to enjoy Madrid on foot, a stone´s throw to most of the amenities. Services included: Wifi, bed linen and towels, air conditioning in all the rooms (except 1 bedroom), final cleaning The space We have just decorated this classy three bedroom apartment fully fitted to accommodate up to six people. Two master bedrooms with double beds. The living room with dining area, and a sofa bed with an integrated kitchen is well equiped with cookware, microwave, kettle, toast, and a breakfast corner. We have an air con unit, more than enough for the whole apartment while we have been living here. Guest access All included package: Internet Final cleaning Bed linen Towels Air conditioning / Heating Other things to note House rules have to be observed by the guests, , we want you to enjoy your stay while respecting the community and neighbours. The apartment and especially the kitchen has to be returned in good condition, This is a quiet community, please observe quiet hours at night 23:00 to 08:00. Guests are responsible for the disposal of their rubbish, the garbage buckets with an orange cover are placed outside the building door from 8pm to 11pm, nevear leave the trash in the building premises. Parties, pets and smoking are not allowed We provide two set of keys, valued at 60 € per set. if the guest does not bring them back, will be responsible for the cost Please do not leave ther keys inside the house in the lock, the locksmith cost will be assumed by the guest. Check in time is from 15:00 bility, please let us know.
