So this is our little piece of paradise it’s a one bedroom condo on a private beach. You can watch the sunrise from the lanai and also the sunset, it’s just a little piece of paradise hope you enjoy! The space One bed room condo on private beach with pool and hot tub. Very relaxing ! Guest access All of condo, pool, hot tub, lobby/sitting area. The laundry only takes credit cards and the trolley stop is right out side the main gate on Estero Blvd. Other things to note There is 1 parking space per unit. Please note: The bridge you see in the photos is being replaced. Work will continue until the expected completion date of summer of 2026 more information can be found by searching big Carlos Pass Bridge construction. We also have some ongoing repairs to our lobby and ground, which were damaged by hurricane Ian. The lobby is near completion with new washer and dryers and vending machines. The pool is open and fully functional. However, the hot tub is not depending on when your stay is you may experience some construction noise. We have adjusted our pricing to reflect any inconvenience that may occur during your stay
