Spacious and well-ventilated apartment located on the fourth floor of a 4-story building, without elevator access. Excellent for daily exercise. The Studio room is 5.5 m X 7.5 m with a private bathroom of 2 m X 3 m. In terms of cleanliness, the building is respectable and clean, the apartment will be very clean, spotless when you arrive. I am the only non-resident of the building, it is a quiet building and I want it to remain so. The space The fourth-floor balcony overlooks stunning views of the neighborhood and the sea. The apartment is in a building entirely occupied by welcoming and respectful Senegalese families. Guest access The accommodation has two large rooms. The guest studio room, the bathroom of the room is private, the kitchen as well as the portico are for the use of guests. Air conditioning could be added for an additional fee. Cynthia, your hostess, lives in the other room but works outside all day and evening. She can tell you the right places to find Senegalese or European meals at your convenience, she can also take care of finding people to cook or to clean for a small fee. Other things to note Please note that the cleaning price included in the price shown is the rate for each stay, both before check-in and after check-out. For more cleaning service, an additional fee will be required depending on the frequency requested.
