Seagrove Beach is on FABULOUS 30A between Seaside and Water Sound across the street from the Old Florida Fish House. Beachy Bean Coffee is within walking distance as well as Kava Ice cream Our property has a deeded PRIVATE BEACH. So our guests will have plenty of room to spread out. We have a large covered Lanai to enjoy after a day at the beach. We offer Tennis/Pickle Ball, Workout Facilities, Bike Rentals and more. Beach Chair Service with Chairs and Umbrella's are available. The space We will give you a starter set of toiletries, paper products and laundry detergent, dishsoap and dishwasher soap as well as a blow dryer in each bathroom. Our property consists of King Master Suite, a Queen secondary bedroom, twin bunk bed's as well as a pull out sofa. We also have a Brita Water Filter in the Refrigerator. We offer a Mr. Coffee machine which takes bucket filters as well as a Keurig. Some useful items to remember to bring are extra paper towels, dishwashing detergent, dishwashing liquid soap, laundry detergent as well as napkins, paper plates and cups (for outdoor use), toilet paper, ziplock bags, trash bags and beach towels. Guest access We have a Keyless entry system and you will receive these instructions prior to your arrival. We have a dedicated parking spot in the "B" building. I will send you the parking pass. Additional cars may be parked on the West side of the "C" building in un-marked spots. We have a wristband system for entry to the beach and both pools as well as the fitness center and the tennis/pickle ball courts. Loss of a wristband will incur a charge of $100.
