We prefer to host serious and reliable guests; therefore, we require an Airbnb verified profile for the primary booker and the full names of all accompanying persons in your booking request. Strict Legal & Registration Requirements Mandatory Guest Registration: In strict compliance with Spanish and Catalan law, all guests must complete an online check-in and document registration process prior to arrival. After booking, you will receive a secure link to submit your ID/Passport details. This third-party system securely transmits your information directly to the local police authorities. Keys will not be handed over until this registration is fully completed. Check-In Presence: The guest responsible for the reservation must be present at check-in. If accompanying guests arrive later, the primary guest must provide a copy of their government IDs. Occupancy & Visitors Maximum Capacity: 5 guests maximum (including infants). No Unregistered Visitors: Only persons officially registered in the booking may enter the apartment, rooftop, and swimming pool areas. If you need to hire a photographer, you must provide their name in advance for approval. Respecting the Property & Neighbors Quiet Hours: Noise levels must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM (city mandated). No Parties or Events: Parties or unauthorized overnight visitors are strictly prohibited. Violation will result in the loss of your deposit, an extra €300 cleaning fee, and immediate eviction. Disturbances & Illegal Activity: If neighbors report inappropriate behavior, loud music in common areas (including the pool), or if there is suspicion of illegal drug use, authorities will be contacted and guests will be asked to vacate immediately. No Smoking or Vaping: Strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment, swimming pool, or common areas. A €300 extra cleaning fee applies for violations. No Pets Allowed: Bringing a pet will result in the loss of your deposit, a €300 cleaning fee, and immediate eviction. Commercial Use: No business activities, showrooms, or commercial photoshoots are allowed without prior consent. Apartment Care & Safety Wooden Floors & Furniture: The apartment features delicate wooden floors and surfaces (kitchen, living room table, bathroom tops). Please use slippers or walk without shoes. Do not place hot cups, pots, or wet items directly on wood; please use the provided placemats, coasters, and silicone potholders. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Kitchen Etiquette: Please wash your dishes after use. Unwashed dishes will incur a €15 extra cleaning fee. Lost Keys: Losing the keys requires a full lock replacement for safety purposes, which incurs an €800 fee. Energy & Fire Safety: Turn off all electrical appliances (A/C, fans, hair straighteners, chargers) when not in use or when leaving the apartment. Damages: Report any malfunctions immediately. Any damages or missing items must be paid for before departure. Child Safety: While the apartment is child-friendly, it is not strictly child-proof. Parents/guardians are fully responsible for monitoring their children at all times. Check-In & Check-Out Policy Check-In: We try to accommodate early check-in requests if possible, but we cannot promise anything in advance. Check-Out: Check-out time is strictly 11:00 AM. A delay of more than 15 minutes will incur an additional charge for an extra night, as it disrupts our ability to prepare the apartment for the next guests.
