The space of Lenio #2 is a room of 30 sqm with a different space for the wardrobe !It has a separate bathroom and toilet ,refrigerator as well as coffee shop !It also has a private balcony overlooking Mount Athos ! The space The place is brand new as it was only delivered in May 2019!Located in the town of Ammouliani ,a few meters from the sea and Tavern of Tzanis ! Other things to note The rooms are located in the heart of the island, with a supermarket 200 meters away and a kiosk 20 meters away. All the beaches are accessible by car, bicycle, motorbike, and the island's bus! Of course you can walk !The island is small and the distances are the same!Of course you can swim on the beach in front of the rooms.!All the beaches of the island are spotless. We offer 10% discount to our guests, their food in cooperation with Tzanis Taverna as well as in Pizza Giorgos. We also offer a 10% discount on your evening excursion to Matala Club. If you choose one of our offers, please inform the stores from the start that you are staying in my rooms. I alsodon't offer intermediate cleanliness of my space! The place is cleaned before you arrive ,aired out for at least 3 hours and cleaned again before you leave! Of course, I provide you with as many sheets, towels, and toilet paper as you need, as well as cleaning supplies! Please note that there is an environmental tax, now known as the State Climate Resilience Fee, which is mandatory for short-term rentals (Airbnb) in Greece, per night and per room/property.
