Nicely designed, brand new apartment in the heart of the city! This fully fitted, well presented large home with 4 bedrooms offers a very convenient stay for a large group. Thanks to the great location, the city is at your doorstep. Most of the sights, such as the Great Synagogue, the chic Andrassy Avenue or the New York Cafe, can be reached on foot. Try one of the many local restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. Public transportation is easy, metro and main tram lines are nearby. The space About the apartment The apartment has been refurbished in 2019. With the new pieces of furniture we created a warm and homey atmosphere. Our place is ideal for 8 people, as it is large and contains 4 separate bedrooms. Three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units. The bed options: Bedroom #1: one queen size double bed Bedroom #2: one single bed, one queen size double bed Bedroom #3: two single beds Bedroom #4: one single bed The apartment has one common space that includes the kitchen, the dining area with a large table and a flat screen TV. There are two bathrooms: one of them is equipped with a bath tub, while the other with a shower and toilet. There is another separate WC as well. The apartment has heating. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a historical building, and there is a lift working inside. The apartment is in the very heart of the city with plenty of sights and attractions nearby, so you can easily discover the city on foot. Also, there are tram and metro lines nearby. We are also happy to help with recommendations regarding restaurants, sightseeing, things to do, etc. - An initial set of bedding and towels are provided according to the number of guests. There is no daily cleaning or maid service. - Check in till 11pm. If you arrive later than 11pm, please ask us about self check in options. - After 11pm we have limited or no availability and we don’t have 0-24 reception. If you are unsure about how the check in works or have other questions about your stay, please contact us before 11pm. - We aim to answer your queries, questions and messages quickly (our average response time is around 30 minutes, which is among the fastest on Airbnb). It doesn’t mean we are always able to answer you within a couple of minutes. To ensure a smooth check in, please communicate your planned arrival time in advance (3 days before your arrival, unless you made a last minute booking).
