perfect located, cozy studio in historical building is new renovated and waiting for lovely guests. Enjoy the central location and easy accessibility to public transit from this stylish, ground floor studio. Inside the private room admire comfortable, orthopedic mattress and relax. Rustaveli Ave is just next to my street. Opera, Theater, Art Gallery, Shopping center and lot of cafes are within walking distance, as well as down town. Funicular is also in the same district. The space you can enjoy living room with kitchen and sleep on comfortable and orthopedic mattress, which is very important, that you definitely walk in old city a lot. there is also couch you can use for sleep. I have second flat just next to this studio (see my listing) with separate entry and it means, if your are more then 4 people I can check the availability of the other flat and you can stay close to each other. Guest access you have very good Internet connection -WiFi. Kitchen is fully equipped. In the Bathroom you can use washing machine. Other things to note I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines There is a music Studio for Children in the neighborhood and sometimes you can hear children songs,but not so noisy.
