Small house on the ground floor in a pleasant, quiet, wooded setting, on a 3-hectare property with a fishing pond and a private 12m x 6m swimming pool to share The space Ground floor, 40 m² one-bedroom apartment: - Living room with a good quality sofa bed, equipped kitchenette, bathroom with walk-in shower & separate toilet, - Bedroom with a double bed (sheets and towels are provided for an extra charge, please let us know), - Private furnished terrace overlooking the park. Guest access Access to your entire accommodation, your private terrace, and all parts of the grounds. Free access to the following activities offered on site: - Catch and release fishing in our pond (fishing rods available for loan). - 9-hole mini-golf course (golf clubs available for loan to residents). - Ball courts (soccer, basketball, etc.). - Petanque court. - Access to the sheep and chicken coop (in our presence). - Access to the swimming pool and jacuzzi (shared). - Access to the children's area (trampoline). - Access to the adult fitness room (shared). - Access to the small grocery store. - On-site restaurant, prepared by our chef.
