FULLY FURNISHED STUDIO WITH FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN WITH UNTELS .HOME FROM HOME, These Apartments are in a resort with private villas and apartments surrounded with gardens and pool , restaurant in gated community We are about 15 minutes walk from the main road (fort aguada road) where all the shops, bar,restaurant,banks, 5 minutes to the beach in car plenty of taxis and bike, car rentals This is not recommended for elderly with walking difficulty This Apartment is on 3 rd floor (no lift) The space The studios are 1 bedroom/living room,fitted kitchen( with all the cooking utensils) bathroom,balcony with lcd TV with satellite(all the channels) DVD player, safe locker. The studio is also WI-fi which included in the price. None of our studios are pool facing. The resort consists of pool, the resrot has restaurant/bar (pool side) run by a hotel on resort. surrounded by landscape gardens,children's play park,gated 24 hours security personnel. 15/20 minutes walk to the beach, 20/25 minutes walk to newton's super market. We are based past the football ground, opp cafe coffee day and behind the new Godwin Hotel. We also provide with maid's services,cleaning, every day linen,towels changes every 3 rd day ( washing of the utensils is not in the housekeeping) All included in the price . We are self catering (service apartments and villas) THIS APARMENT IS 3rd FLOOR (NO LIFT) Goa electricity can have power outrage (which is beyond our control) We have battery inverter fitted in all of our properties Which can last up to 4 hours if used sensible .
