We have prepared a bright, spacious and comfortable apartment in the center of Triana, equipped with everything you need to make your experience in Seville unsurpassed. Comfortable beds, pillows of different hardness for each bed, two complete bathrooms and a kitchen equipped with everything necessary and with ample crockery. We have a free parking space for our guests in a building located about 400 meters from the apartment. We comply with Airbnb Cleaning Protocol The space We would like to welcome you in our house, which we have completely renovated and prepared with a lot of love to make you feel like yours and enjoy a pleasant stay. Thanking you for taking care of it as if it were your own home. We have equipped it with everything we think you will need, including centralized air conditioning, screens in bathrooms, fixed dispensers with soap, fitted wardrobes fully dressed, wifi and TV on demand with international channels, being open to any suggestions you could estimate timely to help us improve. You will also find some details in the kitchen. Guest access The building has a courtyard that the neighbors use to leave bicycles, which you can use if you rent any. Other things to note For us it is very important that everything is organized at your arrival, but contingencies always arise. We ask you to provide us with the telephone number you bring to Seville, as well as your email address to contact you if necessary. CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE PARKING. The parking space is not in the building but in a nearby building located on Calle Fabié, about 400 meters away (5 minutes walk). Our recommendation is to stop at the door of the apartment, unload your bags and we will accompany you to the parking lot. The square has dimensions for cars (see photo) and probably also fit vans or large cars. We advise you to indicate the car you will bring to ensure that it fits in the parking lot. If you do not finally park the car in the parking lot for whatever reason, the price of the reservation will not be refunded or reduced. Parking is private, so most users own it. Even so, we recommend not leaving valuables and valuables in the car park.
