We are here to assist you in any way that we can. General Overview We ask that you treat our home as if it were your own property. Please be aware of the condition of items in the house, and if you notice anything broken when you arrive, contact us right away to let us know. 1. Locking Up • Remember to lock up when you leave and at night. Although our home is in a safe neighborhood, we take your security seriously. 2. Smoking and Fire Prevention and Safety • The home is a non-smoking environment, whether tobacco or cannabis. Do not smoke in the house or we will be required to hold back $500 from your security deposit for extra cleaning. Thank you. • Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes the stove, fans, hair straighteners/curlers, thermostat, etc. We appreciate your help! 3. Pets • Pets are not allowed in our property. We may charge you $250 for extra cleaning. 4. Shoes • We kindly ask that you remove outdoor shoes at the foyer area. Slippers and indoor sandals are allowed. 5. Laundry & Cleaning Supplies • Please contact your host. • Spare linen, pillows, towels & toilet paper can be found in the wardrobe. 6. WiFi • Please ask your host. 7. Fan and Heater • Bedroom and loft are provided with AC, no heater. • Please kindly turn off the AC when you are away. 8. Kitchen • Please wash all dishes and utensils after use and do not leave any food out to prevent attracting pests or animals. 9. Extra Guests • We do not mind if you invite friends or family over to visit, however please keep the number of guests to a manageable level and observe quiet hours. 10. Parties or Events • We do not allow guests to throw parties or events • Please do not engage any illegal activity, inappropriate or anti-social behavior. 11. Broken Items • If for any reason you break an item during your stay, please let us know. We understand that accidents happen, but in order for us to fix or replace something for a future guest to enjoy, we will need to know that it is broken. We appreciate your honesty. All damages or missing items will need to be paid by you before departure.
