Self contained studio - own entrance & amenities

The space is listed as a private room but it is a spacious self contained studio with its own entrance, kitchen and bathroom in the conservation area of Telegraph Hill. Less than 10 minute walk to New Cross Gate station: from there it's one stop to London Bridge and the South Bank; 20 minutes to Shoreditch and the City of London; and 25 minutes to Oxford Circus. Up and coming Peckham Rye is half hour walk with Greenwich Park within half an hour on the bus. And yes, free parking... :) The space You will be staying on the lower ground floor of a Victorian town-house on the edge of Zone 1 / 2 of London. The basement flat is recently refurbished and has a new everything - kitchen and bathroom included. We have endeavoured to keep things simple but ensure we provide you with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We moved here because it is a fantastic area for families, because there is a strong community atmosphere and because of the diversity of people on the Hill. The properties are lovely and there is a fantastic park within a few minutes walk with amazing views of the whole of London. You are on the doorstep of central London: if you're here for pleasure you can get to any of the interesting spots across central London in 45 minutes. If you're here for business you can be in the City - door to door - in half an hour. Guest access You will have your own access via your own front door to the property. During your stay We're close by so easily accessible (outside office hours). Other things to note There is free parking outside but we can't guarantee a spot. We have a car and it's unusual that we can't park outside, but when we can't we always find a spot within 10 - 15 metres. Please, please, please if you put your food waste into the food bin in the front garden, make sure the bin is locked. There's a simple locking mechanism in the handle. If you don't, the foxes are guaranteed to tip the bin over and make a mess. There are a lot of families on the street and in the area more widely - please be mindful.
