Ca' Malcanton is a Venetian palazzetto, located on quiet canal. It is cosy, delightfully furnished with artworks and antiques, tastefully finished with modern facilities. Two private bedrooms with separate ensuite bathrooms are available to guests. Breakfast is served in dining room. Guests are welcome to use also a salon and charming courtyard garden. The space This is a genuine Venetian palazzetto: light, spacious and airy, which alone is slightly unique in Venice as many houses and flats are dark and gloomy. Full of beautiful, unique features, authentic antiques, and artworks, it is also comfortable and well organised, provided with air-condition, heating and comfortable bathrooms. It is pleasant, inspiring, stylish and peaceful place, offering an unforgettable Venetian experience. Ca' Malcanton is my house which I bought around twenty years ago. I have space for up to eight guests at one time, though usually prefer to have fewer. I'll probably be here to welcome you when you arrive. I'm here to answer any questions you have and assist should you need assistance. For obvious reasons I'm at home at lot when there are guests staying. When possible, I will probably be out in the afternoons painting, which is my main occupation here in Venice. You are verywelcome to use the common parts of the house which are the sitting room, dining room where you can make tea and coffee whenever you like and the garden. I have a wooden Venetian boat and can offer guests boat trips with 'prosecco' on occasion if time allows. I'm afraid to say I do charge extra for this and you can contact me for more information.
