Amazing views of volcano, private pool, spacious

This is a beautiful private villa with private pool and parking very near. The views are amazing from the balcony and patio. You will have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have double beds in them. In case there is a 5th person, we add a roll away bed upstairs in the living room. You have a full kitchen too. The house is only 10-15 minutes walk to the center of Oia. A bus stop is very near to take you either to Oia or Fira. It is perfect for someone that wants to be away from crowds. The space The villa: The house has 2 levels. The upper level(elevated ground floor) has the full kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric hobs and oven, microwave and all cooking utensils. At the same level we also have the dining area and the living room with a 3 seat sofa. In the living room we have a TV with DVD player and a stereo. There is also high speed internet in the house. You can connect with LAN cable or WiFi. In the lower level (steps going down) we have two bedrooms with double beds and outside of the bedrooms we have 2 bathrooms with standing showers. Outside the house we have the private swimming pool which faces the caldera and the volcano At 20 metres from the house you can reach the main road that goes into the town of Oia and right there you can also find a bus stop. 10 meters from the house you can find the car park which is only shared with 2 other houses. It has 6 car spaces, NO reservation needed. The nearest mini market is at 150 meters. The nearest restaurant is at 30 meters. We also provide one use gloves in case you need them, and antiseptic gel for the hands. Guest access The guests have full access to the house and not sharing any areas with others. Other things to note Please Note: If someone wants to make a one night booking please consult my calendar so your night can be immediately before or after another booking (no gaps in between). Don't try to split the nights available. One night gaps are hard to fill!!!! If you still want to make a booking for one night please consult with me first. PLEASE NOTE: Cleaning is not on daily basis. This will be discussed at check in. Also, for this year the government has enforced an environmental tax payable by guests in cash when they arrive.
