It is a walking distance to Shangri-la Mall, which is across the building and other malls like SM Megamall, The Podium Mall, Estancia Mall and Starmall. The Medical City is also a few minutes away. Water heater is available for shower. Balcony overseeing the pool. Netflix is available and wifi is free inside our unit. Note: There is a 150 pesos fee for each RFID access card that is needed for entry and exit to the building. Guests must get these access cards at the administration office located at the 4th floor during office hours. Note: Getting the RFID card is compulsory requirement and is non-refundable. At the ground floor, restaurants and banks are available. There is also a 7-11 convenience store near the entrance. There is a laundry area in the 40th floor of the building which offer full laundry service for a fee. As for the transportation, it's a few minutes walk to the MRT shaw station and bus stop. MRT gives you access to the Northern and Southern part of Metro Manila. There are also UV Express Vans and jeepneys nearby that are bound to the Western part of Metro Manila like Mandaluyong and Manila and Eastern part of Metro Manila like Pasig and Cainta and nearby provinces like Antipolo and Taytay. Cabs also frequent the area so it will be easy to grab one. The place is a good choice as everything you need is nearby. It is also a spacious unit good for couple, travellers, balikbayan, tourists, business trips and individual working nearby (Ortigas, Shaw) at a reasonable price. The elevators have assigned floors, so please check which elevator services your floor. We also provides: - 2 Bath Towels (one towel each pax for your entire stay) - Shampoo, body wash -diswashing liquid -tissue roll Pay Parking is available within the building with fee and on a first come first serve basis. 50pesos for first 3hours, plus 30pesos per succeeding hour. Additional 200 pesos overnight rate if you park your car from 12midnight to 10am. Garbage collection scheduled: Put your garbage outside the door only during designated hour. 10am to 11am and 8pm to 9pm only. If you missed the scheduled pick-up time, you can throw out the garbage anytime at the basememt 1. Change of date will only be allowed once and must be atleast 7 days prior to check in date (first day of check in date) Subject to availability. Price will always depend on the exact date po.
