Nearby you will find a pedestrian area with cafés and shops, as well as walking paths through pine trees and along the coast. It offers a living room with open kitchen facing south, a balcony overlooking the garden, pool and sea, one separate bedroom with a large wardrobe, and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The living area is bright and well ventilated, protected from direct sun by the balcony. Fully furnished and equipped for everyday use: kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, cookware and tableware, bed linen and towels, washing machine and ironing facilities. A small desk provides a workspace for computer/home office. The residence has a private garden, pool and lawn area exclusively for residents. The neighborhood is calm and lived-in year-round, with shops, restaurants, playgrounds and all essential services. Guest access The garden area behind the building can be accessed through the glass door in the lobby. The large key on the apartment’s key ring opens this door. The pool may be used during daytime; please follow the community rules. There is no internet connection in the apartment. Mobile data works without problems, and public Wi-Fi is available nearby. A fire extinguisher is located in the building’s entrance area. The community rules are displayed in the hallway.
