Villa Eva is a charming Balinese villa (120 m2) with a prime location in Canggu. It boasts 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a private pool, private parking (car and scooter). Please kindly note that our prime location on the main road in Berawa places you in the heart of the action, but it can also be noisy during the day. The space We are located a 5-minute drive from Berawa Beach and the Canggu Club, 15 minutes from Echo Beach and Batu Bolong. Just a 2-minute walk from several restaurants and shops: Milk & Madu, Milu Bali, Warung Bule K, Ulekan... Cove Island, Sands Concept Store… spas (Nailed, Koya Spa) and barbershops (Hotshot). Canggu brings together the latest boutiques, trendy bars, and beach clubs (Finn's, La Brisa, Como, The Lawn, Kitsune…), as well as nightclubs (Vault, Sand Bar, Old Man's). SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE VILLA RATES • Linen and Towels: Bed sheets are changed every 3-4 days, and towels every 2 days. All linens and towels are brand new as of January 2024. • Mineral Water: A dispenser is available for unlimited use. Please notify the staff when it needs a refill. • Wi-Fi: High-speed internet is available throughout the villa. • Entertainment: Access to international TV channels. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Check-out is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed upon with the owner. This allows time for inventory checks and the preparation of the villa for the next guests. Check-in is from 3:00 PM unless there are no prior guests, in which case an earlier check-in may be possible. For late check-outs after 11:00 AM, please inform us at least two days in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES We are not liable for any injuries, deaths, thefts, or damage to personal belongings during your stay or while participating in any sports or tourist activities. Please supervise young children at all times in the pool area. If needed, a pool fence can be arranged at an additional charge, with a quotation provided upon request. DISCLAIMER We are not responsible for unexpected events or circumstances beyond our control, such as nearby construction, neighborhood noise, power or water outages, sounds from animals (e.g., roosters or dogs), or music from traditional ceremonies. PET POLICY While we love pets, they are not permitted in the villa.
