This modern townhouse is located in an amazing neighbourhood. The bus stop is just right outside of the house which comes in every couple of minutes. It takes maximum 10 minutes to catch the bus to Perth CBD. North Perth is right in between the trendy Mount Lawley and Leederville which is well known for its cafes, restaurants and bars. Also right next to the famous Northbridge and city central if you want like to pop in for its nightlife. The space This townhouse is built with excellent architectural design emphasising on the style of warehouse townhouses, couple with well selected luxurious furniture and decors. Beautiful backyard with homegrown plants and fruits, sunlight all year alright, great for an afternoon reading. However complimentary tea, coffee are provided. Guest access The guest/s is free to use the common area, being the kitchen, living room, laundry room and garden. The guest/s has private access to its bedroom and bathroom. During your stay We will be available most of time face to face and via texts. If you have any questions/concerns, please ask me. Other things to note Only dog lover will be welcomed as I have a little friendly and adorable chihuahua who enjoy lots of play with new friends. He can be really energetic at the start and would treat you like his best friend once he gets to know you. Below are the list of rules the guests must follow. Please: - not to invite visitors or have parties in the house - turn off power before leaving the house, e.g. lights, gas. - lock the door when leaving the house. - don't smoke in the house or the courtyard. - be mindful of others and keep the noise to its minimum after 10pm. e.g. TV - not to enter the master bedroom in any circumstance or any other rooms that is not listed as share space. - park only on the street not on the driveway.
