Studio in Cool Patchogue Village

Peaceful private space in Dutch Colonial. Cathedral Ceilings, mini-fridge (w/light cooking only). Centrally located to Patchogue Vill., Sunrise Hwy, the Bay, St Joseph's Univ, LIRR Fire Island Ferries. Bikes available. Short ride to Quaint Bellport Village, Suffolk Comm. College, Stonybrook Univ & BNL. Hospitals: LI Community, Good Sam & South Shore. 1/2 hr to W.Hampton & the vineyards. NYC- 1 hr w/LIRR. FYI- I ONLY HOST GUESTS WITH GOOD REVIEWS The space Relaxed and eclectic vibe- Talk of religion & politics discouraged. FYI- SORRY. DO NOT ACCEPT GUESTS WHO HAVE ZERO or POOR REVIEWS. Upon request, an additional (single) air mattress is available for family stays. During the warm / hot months, please MAKE SURE TO TURN OFF the A/C (Air Conditioning) whenever you leave & WHEN YOU CHECK OUT. It’s perfectly fine to have it ON / full blast while your INSIDE spending time IN THE STUDIO. But PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE MAKE SURE to TURN OFF the STUDIO A/C upon CHECK OUT. We supply coffee, tea, breakfast cereal & light snacks, easy foods, gratis. Feel free to ENJOY… anything edible you see in the studio is open game, please help yourself. Guest access You have a private entrance to your studio & private bathroom... I highly recommend you park in my driveway (& NOT on the street!). I have an electric car & park it to the left of the house. The best place for you to park is all the way IN the driveway, nose to the gate (also to the left of the house). You should know that there are alot of cars that park on my street (especially at night & on weekends & especially in the summer). I also have amazingly sweet Haitian family next door & Latin American neighbors across the street, who host volleyball games in their backyard. If you are prejudiced, this is not the neighborhood for you. You will definitely see alot of cars & sweet brown skinned people around here. It is almost never noisy (tho there has been a party or 2 in the neighborhood on a Saturday night). I love my neighborhood AND my neighbors!!! Don't bother coming here if you don't think you can love them too. Other things to note Bedding, towels, disposable ear plugs & disposable room-darkening eye-masks & some essential hygeine products. There is coffee, tea, water bottles, cereal & light snacks available. Feel free to help yourself to any food or drink items you find in the Studio. Our 2 spaces share a common wall. Therefore, we do have “quiet-time” between 10PM & 8AM. Light sounds are OK (like showers, food prep and low level TV or music is understandable), but loud voices and loud music or TV or commotions of any kind during these times is highly discouraged.
