A full-size apartment(ceiling height - 3.2 meters), located on the ground floor, is located in a historical quarter, in a neighboring house with the museum of the city of Novosibirsk. For guests choosing a design with a modern finish, it is unlikely to be suitable - we have an ordinary renovation without frills, but everything is clean and functional. Enjoy your stay! The space For the central part of the city, we have very affordable prices. Therefore, accommodation with a large company counting on a budget vacation will be much more profitable than staying in a hostel. And at the same time, it is important that all the main attractions of the city(with a small exception) are within walking distance. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment except for a small office space with cleaning equipment. Other things to note pet accommodation for an additional fee: one dog - 300 rubles, one cat - 100 rubles. A deposit of 3000 rubles in case of property damage. Returned upon departure.
