Architect's house + private pool near the beach

We welcome you to a contemporary house located on a large plot of land surrounded by olive trees with sea and mountain views. The site is quiet with the advantages of the countryside, close to shops and the beach. There are two bedrooms with a double bed that can be separated into two beds. The living room includes a well-equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace overlooking the pool. In the patio, there is (optional) a bedroom with a sofa bed and a bathroom. The space Rental is possible (and even preferred) from Friday to Friday to allow you to travel cheaper. The rates indicated must be understood as follows: - for 1 to 4 people, base price in the house with 2 bedrooms - for 5 to 6 people (sleeping in the sofa bed in the living room or 3rd bedroom in the extension), please ask us. We do not charge extra if you come with more than two children. We adjust the price to allow small families or large families not to spend as much as several adult couples! The deposit is paid on arrival (€800). Housekeeping and electricity included (unless a package is exceeded due to inconsiderate tenants...); to be discussed directly with us. The pool is easily covered and uncovered, the cover retains the heat of the water in case of wind and at night. The swimming pool can be heated out of season. Air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms; only the 3rd bedroom is equipped with mobile air conditioning (must be equipped with reversible air conditioning before summer 2025). Internet: since 2021 we have been connected by fiber optics Guest access The entire house is accessible except for a wing of the patio in which there is an optional extra bedroom. A quarter grand piano can be provided in a separate room. Other things to note You are provided with: linen and beach towels + supplies and basic products for cooking and maintenance.
