Garage Beach En-Suite Near Downtown Charleston

Great location close to downtown and Folly Beach. Private space including a private side entrance, kitchen, and full bath. Quiet neighborhood with a good home feel. Pet friendly with no fee! This space is connected to the main house with a shared laundry space. Either myself or guests will be staying on the opposite side. Privacy and respect for both sides is very important to me. Measures have been taken to meet these standards. The space 1964 vintage renovated house and garage En-Suite. Beach rustic decor gives you the good home feel that you don't get from a hotel. The En-Suite unfortunately does not have an oven or stovetop anymore per county restrictions. It does have a grill outside an other cooking options such as an air fryer, griddle, and microwave. Looking forward to your stay! Guest access Guests can freely use the driveway and road side parking if needed. Side gated private entrance. Completely fenced in back yard for the pups! Everything in the suite can be used freely. Any damaged property or missing items will be recorded and met with a fee. Please let me know so we can try to avoid a sticky situation. Also, Inside the suite you will find stairs and a door which goes to the laundry room. This is a shared space which connects to a second door. Both doors have locks and the laundry room is used for storage and laundry. Please ask me before if you want to use the laundry facilities or need more linens. Other things to note The En-suite and property are reserved for guests registered to stay here. Small get togethers are fine but try to keep it reserved and quite towards later in the night. Absolutely no parties unless I'm invited! If ordering food put in the notes about the side entrance and the 820 1/2 gate entry. Unless you are ordering me pizza! The En-Suite side entrance gate is reserved for guests. I started traveling a lot during the week and weekends. Some weekends you may see me occasionally working on a project or doing yard work, however, I will respect your space and privacy at all times. Drugs are not allowed anywhere on the property. If you smoke please do so outside. In an effort to keep prices lower than Charleston hotels and to freely allow pets without a fee, please clean up after your pups and help out during the checkout process. This includes placing used linens and towels by the door, taking out your trash, and washing any dirty dishes. I've stayed in many Airbnbs and find this to be a common practice.
