Quiet and sunny, it is at the gates of the historic center of Bordeaux and 45 minutes from the ocean. You can also enjoy garden furniture (armchairs, table and chairs). It is on one level and overlooks a garden. You'll hear birds chirping. Another apartment is for rent upstairs. Garden furniture is at your disposal in front of the studio. However, you may have to cross paths with travelers crossing the courtyard, to access the accommodation from above... as well as me and my children when we leave the premises, with our bikes. Sometimes I come to water the plants around the house. It's a family and friendly enclosure. I like to chat with guests when we meet. However, the accommodation is quiet and bright. It is located in the heart of the golden triangle of Bordeaux Bastide (A village in the city). It is a privileged area because it is very quiet while being close to all shops, restaurants and transport. (tram, bike cub, bus, train, shuttle boat). A tram station is at the end of the street (300 m) which will take you in 5 minutes to the historic city center of Bordeaux. You can also walk there because the stone bridge that connects the right bank to the left bank is 700 m from the accommodation. The view of Bordeaux from this bridge is exceptional! Please leave the accommodation as you found it and leave the used garbage bags in the outside bins provided for this purpose.
