This bedroom looks out on trees and backyard garden. Light filled room with ceiling fan and minisplit/heatpump for both heat and cooling. The space This lovely bedroom is spacious and cozy and looks out on large trees and a friendly, breezy neighborhood. Shared bathroom with the owner who works out of the home. Powder room on first floor as well. Kitchen is large and bright with big counter and plenty of space. Front porch is a nice feature with breezes and comfortable seats. House is within easy reach of downtown by car or public transportation. Walking distance from Sinai Hospital and Mount Washington Village where there are shops and restaurants. Whole Foods also within 20 minute walk. A unique solid, well built home with high ceilings and naturally cool. Bedrooms have minisplits/heat pumps for both heating and cooling. Rent is for short term or long term guests, from one week up to 3, 4, 6 months or more. Ideal for Medical students or OT or PT students on rotation or others in town for a short stay. I am happy to share kitchen and bathroom and just ask for people to respect my need for quiet at night and while I am working on the first floor of the home office. Bus stop 1 block away; light rail is 20 min walk or 5 min drive. Uniquely friendly, quiet neighborhood. This bedroom has a double bed, desk and comfortable easy chair, dresser and full closet Guest access Access living room, kitchen and all outdoor areas. While host is working no access to living room. Kitchen access but very quiet while working which is mostly during the day during the week. Some days work until 6:30 or 7. During your stay Glad to give you privacy and also glad to touch base, visit, share a meal occasionally and recommend local resources. Other things to note I have one indoor/outdoor cat.
