With stunning views in a tranquil setting, our independent, double glazed and insulated apartment, has it's living area, bedroom, patio and lawn all looking out on an amazing vista - the marina and tidal estuary, Tairua township, the Coromandel Ranges, the ocean and beautiful sunsets. It is minutes from the estuary and beach. Numerous walks and some of our local cafes are nearby. The Coromandel's 'must see' natural features of Hot Water Beach and Cathedral Cove are less than 30 minutes away. The space Ideal for one or two couples, (not suitable for children) our apartment has open plan kitchenette, dining and lounge (with queen-sized, pull down wall bed). There is one bedroom with a king-sized bed and a large wardrobe. The apartment is double glazed, fully insulated and is equipped with a heatpump/airconditioner. The fully tiled bathroom has under-floor heating, large shower, toilet, vanity and heated towel rack. The living area and bedroom both open on to a patio with table and chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, kettle and toaster, as well as crockery, glassware and cutlery. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, salt and pepper are all provided. The apartment and grounds sit below the rest of the house, with separate access ensuring that you can enjoy your privacy, but easily get hold of us, if there is anything you need. A parking space is available on the property. This is a wonderful base from which you can explore the Coromandel Peninsula. Guest access The private entrance to the apartment is accessed by stairs and a sloping, concrete path. The guest area is not suitable for infants or children under 12. Other things to note We also provide bath robes and beach towels for you to use while you are staying.
