Access to the kitchen diner is available on the ground floor with patio doors leading out to the large garden. There is a separate living room with TV and wood burner for guests. Guest access Entry is via the rear door facing the farm yard. Walk through the utility area and right in to the open plan kitchen diner which is available as a shared space. Access to the garden is via patio doors from here. There is a separate living room for sole use of guests with TV and wood burning stove. During your stay I live in the property and where possible will be there to meet and greet guests. If I am not at home when you arrive I will leave a key with a neighbour or arrange collection location. I will be available during your stay or contactable via mobile or email.
