At the foot of Montmartre, in a family and lively neighborhood, our courtyard apartment is very quiet with its 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5). We can accommodate 5 people, including families (couples and their children). Cool haven in summer. The space The apartment is located 5 minutes from Montmartre and the Sacré Cœur hill in the 9th arrondissement, near South Pigalle. The neighborhood is dynamic with its Theaters, quality Restaurants, trendy Bars, exceptional food shops. Our apartment is family-friendly and we live there year-round. We make it available to you during our holidays. It's perfect for a couple with kids. The living room overlooks the street and is protected from noise by double glazing. The kitchen with its bar is open to the living and dining room. The bathroom with its large corner bathtub is separate from the toilet. The apartment has three bedrooms overlooking the courtyard and quiet: One bedroom with a double bed for adults One bedroom with 1 single bed. A bedroom with two teen mezzanines In the living room, a sofa and armchairs. Toys are available for children. During the summer months the apartment remains cool and quiet (on courtyard and double glazing) In winter, we have a condensing boiler with a time temperature regulator. Very well distributed in terms of transport with 3 nearby weather stations and 7 minutes walk from Gare du Nord.
