One bedroom has a queen sized bed while the second has a double. The open plan kitchen is fully furnished and includes both kitchen and laundry facilities. The open plan lounge and dining area are also fully furnished and decorated with style and lead out to a patio onto our spacious and lush garden. The apartment is spacious and neat, both bedrooms furnished with plenty of wardrobe and closet space. We also provide extra beddings for extra warmth ie blankets and an electric blanket during winter. UPS for the WiFi, no more interruptions during load shedding. The lounge has "load shedding friendly" globes . Guest access 24 hour security with CCTV cameras. Guests can access the apartment with keys which are kept in a secure key safe at that the front door of the apartment. (Code to be provided on confirmation of booking). X1 covered parking bay. Secure uncovered parking (visitors parking) if there is a second vehicle. A unique access code for the entry and exit gates to be provided 1 day before check in. Other things to note • Please familiarise yourself with our house rules. • Kindly ensure that you indicate the correct number of guests staying in the apartment when submitting your booking request. • Cleaning services are available on request for long-stay bookings. • The apartment is equipped with a UPS backup for the WiFi, allowing guests to work from home without interruption during load shedding. • We provide additional lighting for load shedding. Guests are also welcome to bring their own torches or portable lights if preferred.
