The space The house is open plan lounge with modern kitchen, with a large sunny veranda. There are three bedrooms (all with queen size beds) one bathroom and a separate toilet. Lovely private back garden area for braaing and socializing. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and all other mod cons. There is wifi and a small library to use at your pleasure. Arum Avenue is a quiet road, we ask our guests to please respect this. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and garden. Other things to note Kommetjie is a perfect base to explore the southern peninsula - Hout Bay via Noordhoek & Chapman's Peak; Cape Point via Scarborough & Misty Cliffs; Simon's Town; Kalk Bay; Muizenberg & more...High Tide is ideal for young families as it is in a small gated community with no through traffic. Surf spots abound, kite surfers are 15 minutes away from Witsands & Misty Cliffs. There are beautiful mountain hikes; cycling around the peninsula is exquisite. Beach horse rides are available from Imhoff Farm near Kommetjie & Noordhoek.
