This 1940's home holds nostalgia and charm.It has been updated and remodeled.It is clean, comfortable and safe. It has a great sitting area on the deck and a large backyard.It is close to family friendly activities, restaurants, dining, and nightlife.You’ll love it because of the comfy beds, the kitchen, washer & dryer and spaciousness. A good place for business travelers & families. I provide A LOT of amenities. Bdrms have room darkening shades for sleeping in. The space There are two coffee makers, a drip style and a Keurig. Full size washer and dryer available. Lots of Amenities provided(review below under "Other things to note") Separate back bedroom and bathroom allow for privacy with an entrance from the parking space. You can also access it through a backyard door as not to have to go through the middle bedroom. There is a large, shaded deck out back for visiting or just relaxing. Two parking spots in back and more along the curb up front.The bedrooms are spacious as is the layout of the house. Guest access The whole house is accessible by all guests. PARKING: CITY OF ARLINGTON ORDINANCE DOES NOT ALLOW ANY STREET PARKING DURING SPECIAL EVENTS AT THE STADIUM. THERE IS ENOUGH ROOM FOR 2 CARS IN THE PARKING AREA BEHIND THIS HOME. ON NON-EVENT DAYS THERE IS ROOM FOR TWO MORE CARS PARKED ALONG THE CURB IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE. TOWING IS ENFORCED AND TICKETING WILL OCCUR IF YOU PARK ON ANY GRASSY AREAS. Other things to note HOUSE RULES –UNIT #1: **This home has mock video cameras on the outside of the house. There is no video recording capabilities. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECK OUT. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME—smoking is permitted in the front and back patio areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts in a proper manner and NOT IN PATIO OR YARD. Candles are decorative only. No burning of any candles, incense or tobacco of any kind inside the house. Candles can be burned on the back yard/patio table, if you wish. Noise must be kept to a minimum as this is a quiet neighborhood. The Neighbors have my phone number and will contact me at any time that the noise level gets to be unacceptable. Two or more complaints will constitute a loss of deposit and may lead to your party being asked to leave the premises. Please treat our home BETTER than if it were your own. Please be forthcoming if something is damaged or broken as we understand things happen. **NO FLUSHING WIPES. IF USING FLUSHABLE WIPES, PLEASE DISPOSE OF IN TRASH CAN***** LADIES, please do not flush feminine products of any kind down the toilet (pads, liners or tampons) This system is an old one, and although work has been done, cannot handle feminine products. Please dispose of in the trash cans. LADIES, please use the makeup remover pads that are provided for removal of mascara and eye liners. They tend to stain the washcloths. TOWELS—please use your towels more than once if possible. This helps keep my laundry/water bill down and rental costs low…not to mention conservation of resources. TRASH- ***STRICT ADHERENCE TO GARBAGE POLICY IS REQUIRED. (TRASH DAYS ARE WEDNESDAY AND SATURDAY MORNINGS—please place BAGS(not holding bin) by curb TUESDAY NIGHTS AND FRIDAY NIGHTS) If you need something, please let me know, but please give me ample time to respond. Text is the best way to get me. If leaving for the day, please turn off all lights, and turn the air conditioner up to 76 degrees (in summer). In Summer, please do not put the thermostat lower than 68 degrees (another thing that can help to keep my prices low) . In this Texas heat, anything lower than 68 will cause the A/C to run constantly and could cause it to break down. In Winter, if leaving the home for the day, please turn thermostat down to 67. The house heats pretty fast when you turn it to desired temperature. Please ensure that all blow dryers, curling irons, straighteners, irons, etc are UNPLUGGED before leaving the home. Park vehicles in the driveway, if possible. If you park on the street, cover or secure any belongings & ensure the proper direction of travel. Upon check out, please follow CHECK OUT PROCEDURES posted in house. ******NO PARTIES OR EVENTS****. THANK YOU!!!!
