Elsies Villa is newly renovated to offer comfort and style in the heart of Canggu. Just a short walk from Berawa Beach, Finns Beach Club, and many cafés and bars, and less than 10 minutes by car to Batu Bolong, the villa is close to all the best spots. With a private gym, pool table, and friendly staff including a cook who can prepare meals for you. Perfect for families, groups of friends, or small events and parties, Elsies Villa is where great memories are made. Bedroom 1 - Kingsize or twin beds and an ensuite bathroom Bedroom 2 - Kingsize or twin beds with an ensuite bathroom Bedroom 3 - Kingsize or twin beds with an ensuite bathroom Bedroom 4 features two twin beds that can be combined into a full king-size bed upon request, along with a private ensuite bathroom for comfort and flexibility. Bedroom 5 - Master Bedroom - Kingsize or twin beds and a large full bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and an open-air shower (The bathroom can be hidden behind folding doors, or you can open the room up to the bedroom) Jimmie's Villa - A unique sixth bedroom that offers privacy and space. With a Queen-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, small lounge, and terrace, as well as a private roof terrace overlooking the lush green rice fields. Jimmie's Villa is semi-open but has noise-blocking blinds on three sides of the outer room. The bedroom area is fully air-conditioned, allowing the occupants peaceful isolation if they wish. Jimmie's has a private entrance and a connecting door to Elsie's Villa. Please note:  The standard villa rate is based on 10 guests and 5 bedrooms. There is an additional charge for more than 10 guests, and this is automatically calculated in the price on Airbnb. If you want to book it for fewer than 10 people but also use the 6th bedroom, please book for 11 people. Additional bed/person options (at an extra charge): Bedrooms 1 & 3 have two trundle beds, and Bedrooms 4 & 5 have one trundle bed each. POOLSIDE PAVILION For lazy days and tropical evenings, the pavilion is perfect. A wide sofa occupies one side of the pavilion, so you can relax and take in a cool drink whilst the children enjoy the pool and the tree house, or have a game of pool or darts as you fire up the BBQ. LIVING / DINING ROOM Sink into the large, comfortable sofas, or gather around the massive dining table. The semi-open living space is tastefully furnished and well-designed to ensure that the whole group can gather together for meals and occasions. With a dining table that comfortably seats 14 guests. KITCHEN Fully equipped, the open-plan kitchen is conveniently located next to the dining table in the main living space. However, with our in-house staff able to prepare simple meals and snacks throughout the day, and the wealth of incredible restaurants and cafes all within walking distance, it is often the least visited area of the villa by guests. MEDIA ROOM The fully enclosed media room has been designed for those cozy, quiet nights. With a large-screen smart TV for you to be able to curl up on the sofa and watch all your favourite TV shows and movies. Guest access Price is for rental of the entire villa, you have full access to the entire Villa. The standard nightly rate does not however include events. Any events or parties have to be informed to our team in advance during the booking process. For events involving guests from outside of the villa or external contractors such as caterers, additional charges may apply. Other things to note VILLA STAFF INC. COOK Elsies Villa is fully staffed with Villa Manager, Cook (for basic meals), Housekeeping, security, butler, and security. There are also some friendly chickens on the property, two turtles and some fish that live in the small pond by the entrance. Please note that there is an additional charge of IDR 1,000,000 for renting the pool fence. SMOKING IS IN OUTSIDE AREAS ONLY ALL MEALS INCLUDING BREAKFAST ARE AGAINST CHARGE. We operate a groceries system at our villa, which means that you only pay for the actual receipts for groceries and drinks and a 20% villa charge which covers costs without a receipt (such as transport fuel) and maintaining a stock of standard ingredients, with anything left going to the staff, and for that our team will go out and purchase the groceries, prepare, cook, serve the meals and drinks, and then clear up afterwards. The villa is fully staffed with security, daily housekeeping, cook and a Villa Manager to ensure that your every need is taken care of during your stay. CONSTRUCTION NOTICE Nearby construction occurs from 9 AM to 5 PM, mostly audible in the parking area. We offer adjusted rates during this period if noise disrupts your stay, and cancellation with a refund is available for unused nights. Friendly note: To comply with Indonesian government regulations, guests are required to complete and sign a short check-in form upon arrival and may be asked to present a valid ID. The form also includes house rules and the property's terms and conditions. By confirming your booking, you agree to this process during your stay.
