FYI: cats live onsite (but are kept out of the suite) This spacious, private studio apartment has everything you need for a top-notch stay. It has a kitchen with sink, mini fridge, convection oven, microwave, and a living area featuring a sectional sofa and nice-sized futon with cozy 4" memory foam pad. The kitchen is fully-stocked. Apartment has all the bells and whistles you need to optimal health, including UV HVAC air filter, 11-stage, alkaline reverse osmosis drinking water with minerals, and additional whole-house water filtration. Soak in the cleanest water in a deep, huge bathtub in private, full bathroom. Huge walk-in closet with dresser, hanging rack, bookshelf and mirror. Free wifi. Private, off-street parking. It is quiet, private, and a great getaway. Two people could sleep comfortably on the futon, and another one or two on the large couch. There is a deck and patio outdoors to enjoy if you would like. Cats live in the home but are kept away from the unit. It is a great place to retreat and unwind after a long day of adventuring in the wonderful, fabulous Northeast Ohio! Uber and Lyft are everywhere if you prefer, and the bus is an 8 minute walk away! This is a perfect space for students, residents on rotation, or young professionals! This home is located on the East Side of Cleveland in a diverse, friendly suburb. Close to universities, hospitals and other cultural destinations, a 10-minute walk to a bus stop, and only 9 miles from downtown Cleveland! Side entrance into shared (low traffic) basement area with laundry. One other resident lives on premises. Very private space...only sometimes will you see someone doing laundry-otherwise, living spaces are separated. Guests can relax on back deck, or in back yard. All you need to enjoy a comfortable stay is in your mini-apartment! Come stay in a peaceful, quiet, private space for as long as you need! I will interact as often as the guest would like, but understand if someone wants privacy. I am great at making suggestions for where to go in Cleveland or in the East Suburbs (where I reside). Our neighborhood has: walkability, diversity, kind neighbors, lots of community gardens, parks, and trees. Really close to wonderful neighborhoods, museums, and cultural wonders. 10 minute walk to several neighborhood bars. Driveway parking available for one vehicle, and Lyft and Uber are available at all times. Bus routes are a short walk away, as well. If you have a bike, you can keep it in my garage as needed.
