Its very modern and furnished in a Scandinavian style, clean and classic. The bathrooms are all spacious and there are both showers and a batch in the house. The house is located 150 metres from the ocean with great views of some amazing surf spots. Quiet and calm area a stones trow away from restaurants and bars. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need. Brand new kitchen with coffee maker, fridge and freezer with filtered water and ice maker, oven and gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has all you can wish for as im a chef, All the good stuff like, juicer, mixers, knifes and other tools that usually can be of bad quality when you rent are not like that in this case. There is also a big dining table in the kitchen, very nice common area with a 46 inch tv, super fast broadband and all the tv channels you will ever need. I also have a Playstation 4 for games for the kids or grownups keen for a gaming evening. The rooms all have great storage capacity with large wardrobes or cupboards. There is also a nice garden and two big outdoor sitting areas. In the garden we have a hammock and a lot of nice pillows to relax in, its a really good spot to hang out for BBQs or cold beers! Also the house is heated and air conditioned so no more wet and cold rooms! Just a really nice house to come back and chill in after a day full of surfing! Guest access You will have access to everything except a small storage place that i use ;) Other things to note I have a dog living with me in the house, one of the good dogs that are ok for allergic people and dont lose any hair or smell like the regular dogs so you wont notice hat he has been in the house.
