In our allergy-friendly apartment building built in 2005, all apartments are tastefully and comfortably furnished. It is located on the edge of Sassnitz directly on the nature reserve "Jasmund," in an absolutely quiet residential area. The Baltic Sea is about 1000 m away. The apartments are west or east facing and have a furnished balcony or terrace. The space Our apartments are studios of about 30 sqm incl. a pantry kitchen and separate bathroom/toilet.
