Just one step from the terrace to the beach! Unique house located right on the long beach of Kokkari. Perfect for couples, small groups of friends and families. Villa Ioanna was put in operation as a comfortable guest house in 2019. The space The house has a 50m2 ground floor entrance hall, kitchen opened to the living and dining room, which leads to the terrace. Make yourself comfortable on a big sofa, which can be used also as a bed for one person. You find one of three bathrooms on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Master bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom en suite, two further bedrooms with two, respectively, one bed. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and electrical shutters. The house is for your sole disposal with separate entrance. The entire two floor house includes a ground level terrace. Note that there are a set of stairs in the house which can be challenging for disabled persons. The beach area in front of the house is public. Cleaning and changing linen is done every four days.
