Linnie's Abditory-In the heart of Hanoi

- A hidden charming old house is used to be a part of a mellowed French colonial villa and is located in a really old street called Cua Bac, you go straight to a small lane and the old private house is there for you. - My house is right next to “Linnie's Abditory” so if you – my lovely neighbour want things, just knock the door and I’ll be there immediately for you (but not share anything – 2 different houses). The space -My Phung’s family lived in Hanoi from my grand – grandparent generation and I am the fourth generation of Phung’s family who’s still live here. I am so proud to say that my family is one of the minority families who still follow and keep the traditional rules. So if you are curious about the real Hanoian’s life or just want to have a traditional dinner, please join with my family! * Space -Only - 7 mins to Tran Quoc Pagoda - 5 mins to Quan Thanh Temple - 5 mins to West Lake - 8-10 mins to Old Quarter - 12 mins to Hoan Kiem Lake - 25-40 mins taxi to Noi Bai airport -A hidden charming old house is used to be a part of a mellowed French colonial villa. The private house is petit with a high ceiling for more open space. -The house shares the same outdoor alley with other houses but completely private entrance and space. You will have the house, private bathroom and shared a small front yard with my house! -Amazing street food vendor you cannot miss. You will find the legendary “banh my”, “ bun cha” or “banh cuon” as well as other local traditional nourishment with arm’s search. -You will have full access during your stay to all the following. If you need something specific, please do not hesitate to ask me. + One private studio equipped with A.C, fan, a queen size bed, wardrobe, hairdryer, fridge and more. + One separate private bathroom with proper shower, water heater, towels, shampoo and shower gel. -Free WIFI -Free Tea/ Coffee/Instant Noodle •Other things to note: -Our place has its own private entrance. However, we do share a small alley with other families in the neighbourhood. For security reason, the alley’s gate will close after 10 p.m. You will have your own key to open the gate but please remember to lock it again after you open it. -If you need Recommendations for Tours around Hanoi or surrounding areas, please kindly let me know in advance. -Please kindly let me know when you will arrive in Hanoi beforehand so we can perfectly plan your trip and show you the way to my house. •Interaction with guest - You can contact me via Airbnb or; - You will have my telephone number when you finish your booking! I will meet you personally upon your arrival and show you around the house. Since I have a passion for travelling, I am more than happy to hang out and listen to your tales. I can show you some secret cool places less touristy destinations to visit in Ha Noi. Late night beer or just a cup of coffee? Sign me up! Other things to note - The private bathroom is 1-step opposite to the house. - Before your arrival, please kindly send your passports/ Vietnamese ID so i can register your staying with the authorities (Immigration Department) cause it’s a procedure here in Hanoi. - No free parking but there are some parkings near the house. - As the house is inside the neighborhood so it will have noise from neighbours. During the day, yhe whole small lane will be in silence mode. If you are a morning person and sensitive sleeper then it will be a difficult for you. Please consider before booking. Thank you!
