There is a pool open mid-May - Oct, the hot tub is open year around 9am - 10pm, a putting green, a sport court, a play area, and a full workout facility with a Peleton. Westport is within walking distance, there is a paved sidewalk to town approx. 2 miles. Driving is easy in Westport. Cars are allowed on the beach, access at the State park on the south end of the beach. Fishing tours available in the harbor. There are security cameras on the front door and back patio for safety. The back door is a hurricane door, it is heavy and tricky to lock. To open door lift handle up and turn bolt left, close door turn the handle down, twist the bolt right. Please make sure it is locked when you leave. Neighbors are generally respectful, we are a non-smoking complex in or outside the property. If you do smoke, you must be at least 35 feet away from any building. There is a $50 late departure fee if you do not notify the host before checkout to make arrangements if the request can be accommodated. Close quarters in condos so if something comes up please communicate any issues directly as no one is intentional but diplomacy is recommended.
