Beautiful view of Lincoln Lake. We are in the perfect location, 3 miles to town and 3 miles to the State Park, right on Lincoln Lake. Come and enjoy some time relaxing in a private guest house. Enjoy a hot tub or time in the sauna, after a nice ride on kayaks. Two kayaks are for your use while you visit. Lincoln Lake goes right out into Lake Michigan. We offer Wi-Fi and a fully private kitchen, living room w/ TV, dining room, bedroom, and office. Ludington has a ton of wonderful things to do. The space The West Wing is a beautiful location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy picturesque views of Lincoln Lake while enjoying the hot tub and sauna. The house is totally private, we live on one side and you would be staying in the west wing. Go on a fun outing to the State Park or downtown. Float down the river at the state park or go on hike. House is a wing of our house, and it is totally private and has its own separate entrance. Other things to note Please remember that this property is non-smoking. No smoking is aloud on these premises. We are a family neighborhood. Please respect the families by keeping noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM until 9:00 AM. Please no music outside on the property at anytime. Enjoy the sound of the wilderness and the laughter around you. We respectively request that no pets are permitted on the premises. Please remember that this is a neighborhood and that there are no parties allowed unless you have ask for permission in advance. You are allowed the number of people that are on your reservation only on the premises. We kindly ask that you are checked out by 11:00 AM, so that we may have time to ready the place for our next guests. Please remember that all dishes should be loaded into the dishwasher or they should be cleaned and put away. **We will need to enter the hot tub room once a day to maintenance. We only enter if we see that your car is gone and you are out and about for the day.
