There is private full bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, and a dedicated workspace where you can catch up on emails and work. The space The guest room includes a queen sized bed, a coffee station with refreshments, a box of toiletries in case you forgot to bring something, a dresser, a closet. The living room has a dedicated thermostat, a big fridge and freezer. The apartment locates in a quiet and highly secured building with free parking lot for guests. Guest access Check-out time is generally 11AM. Please contact with the host before you check out to return the key fob DIRECTLY to host. You are renting private use of your room and bathroom. There are mugs, paper cups, and an electric kettle provided in your room for your use. You can use the living room to watch TV or to use the thermostat. You can use the fridge in the kitchen. You are NOT permitted to use the kitchen for cooking. During your stay Please feel free to message me by text or email at anytime. I will be on site as much as I can. I love sharing stories, conversation, and fun suggestions for things to do in the area with my guests. But I also totally understand your busy schedules that might not allow all that. I will do my best to make your stay as efficient as possible if that is what you prefer. Other things to note This apartment is not ideally suited to anyone who has trouble climbing stairs. The room locates on the 2nd floor of the building. Thus, there are a few stairs into the apartment. Also, parking in front of the building is prohibited. Guests must park at the nearby guest parking lot for FREE. Failure of doing so would result in car removal without notice at your own expense.
