Off Shore - 1 or 2 guests

We are offshore and just 45 min. - 1hr (depending on traffic) to the ocean and the same to the Chesapeake Bay. If you are travelling North or South through Delaware, we are just 7/10 of a mile off Route 13. There is plenty of parking space, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. You can relax in our lawn swing and enjoy our peaceful lake in the back yard. We are a friendly couple who are retired and enjoy sharing our home and experiences with others. The space The Private bath is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. However, it is NOT attached to the room, but we provide robes for your use. All linens are washed with scent free detergent. We would love to share a meal with our guests and get to know them if they are so inclined. Otherwise, coffee is available in the mornings and the kitchen is available for your use, as well as the washer and dryer. Guest access We love to socialize with our guests, but if you prefer not, that is ok also. We spend most of our time in our sunroom. So if you feel you want some privacy, the living room and dining room can be your space during your stay. During your stay We are usually available while we have guests and meet them at the door when they arrive. We have a small motor home and are sometimes travelling so our available days reflect that. Other things to note There is absolutely no smoking or pets in our home due to allergies. Please park by the "Guest Parking" sign so to allow access to the garages. There is no TV in your room, but we welcome guests to share the one in the sunroom.
